OfflineHi,
as a Beatles's fan, I like to spend time looking at album covers….expecially when voices says that there are 'hidden' messages on them.
I read over Internet that on Pepper cover there are messages about Paul's death and stuff like that……I don't believe in it.
For example: I think that you need lots of imagination to see the word "Paul" while looking to the yellow flower at the bottom (the one that seems a guitar).
So, here is my interpretation of what I actually see when watching to Pepper Cover….forcing myself to find hidden messages.
Look at these pictures and get what I found (using imagination):

Nice, isn't it?
Now I now the secret

OfflineI find the Paul Is Dead clues really interesting. Some of the things people read into are so funny.
This is what happens when you put a mirror through the Sgt Pepper drum.

Supposedly, that reads as 1ONE1X HE DIE
1ONE1 representing the three remaining members; X being the absence of Paul.
"When I cannot sing my heart, I can only speak my mind."

OfflineDon't forget the alternate theory that real Paul didn't die, and in fact enjoyed early retirement by employing a look-alike!
Wait, this gives entirely new meaning to the song title "Two of Us"… and maybe the title of Double Fantasy was really John's reference to the switch… these theories are fun

OfflineThe whole "Paul is dead" affair was fascinating on many levels. The clues are endless!
Many books have been written on it. In writing Into the Sky (and I devote quite a bit of ink to this story), I found "The Walrus Was Paul" to be quite a good source.
The take-away lesson for me is that if you have a theory about what happened in the past, you can most likely "prove" it by cherry-picking the facts that support your theory.
This is the modus operandi of the conspiracy theorist (e.g. "Man never landed on the Moon, it was all a hoax").

OfflineOne of the most ludicrous 'clues' was that of the Rubber Soul lp title; rubber = car tyres, soul = pauls new state of being. This of course failed to take into account it was from 1 year prior to his 'death'.
The whole thing was complete nonsense. Fascinating nonsense.
If you want to believe something then you'll find whatever it is you need to strengthen you're case. And some people are so gullible they'd stop breathing if 'shown' it makes you live longer.

Don't ever, ever, stumble upon the poisoned ground of David Icke Forum. I almost lost my mind there, reading the 100 page or so "PID"(Paul is dead) topic in which "PID"ers(people who think Paul really is dead) and "PIA"ers (people who think he is alive) debated about the so called demise of Paul McCartney.
One thing that repeatedly kept popping up was Lennon's song "How do you sleep". Especially the line "-those freaks were right when they said you was dead". Those freaks. Yeah, I can't trace any irony there. Unfortunately, in the song Lennon mocks McCartney's song writing skills"-the only thing you done was yesterday". But, since Yesterday was composed in 64/65 and Paul supposedly died got murdered/kidnapped/turned into an alien in -66 that theory blew out the window. What a shame.
Am I a bit off topic here?

Yeah. They're lots of freaks out there with too much time to spare. The hoax is interesting, really. But it's ridiculous how some people just go all the way to try and prove that Paul is really dead.
And yep, you're going off topic, but it's okay.

OfflineOh man, that D@vid Icke forum…I love how those folks apparently believe that Paul's family & friends must all be part of the conspiracy, or they're just really too stupid to realize that Paul was replaced by "Faul" in '66!
"Is it possible that millions of screaming Beatles fans were already too dumbed down and mind-controlled to notice that their very heroes could change before their eyes into a totally different human being, and were in fact not who they said they were, and this lie would be blessed by many in the know, around them… and they would receive accolades and honours for their lie against humanity including being knighted by the dark forces?" Uh…no? No it isn't, but thanks for asking.

OfflineWhat I don'y understand is why Paul? Why was he the one singled out to be "Dead"? Something tells me it's because he was so popular with the girls that maybe some really jealous wanna be Beatle made it up… well, that just seems to be the description of all the stupid PIDers on YouTube. Every time someone exclaims "I love Paul!" or "Paul's my favorite!" there is almost always a response saying "Oh, then you should know he's dead. (Insert link to bogus hoax video here)" It's REALLY annoying.

OfflinePaul was involved in an accident so the beginnings of a story is there => he dies in the accident and then it becomes something that involves the KGB (could it stand for Keep Going Beatles?), the royal family, the former bodyguard of the president of kazikstan, and the YMCA (Young McCartney's Car Accident), a sub-sub-sub division of the real YMCA etc etc etc.
We all know 'George' said "im not a beatle anymore'. A clue to being 'replaced'? Is this why the Beatles had to stop touring? George grew a moustache and was to first to grow one! Hmmm. I smell a cover up. Wait!!! He did 'go' to India immediately afterwards. Co-incidence?
And 'lyrics' taken from Within You Without You
"the people who hide themselves behind a wall of illusion…
if they only knew…
They don't know-they can't see-are you one of them?…
When you've seen beyond yourself-then you may find, peace of mind,
Is waiting there…"
And he had started to question the 'System' in songs like Think For Yourself and Taxman. Read the lyrics to Only A Northern Song!!!! ("the band are not quite right.) Aghhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hand on. Not Guilty. A sign!! A sign. A sign of guilt being felt and relieving the blame and it was cut from the final running order. To close to the bone and people seeing "the inner light".
Paul is Dead was just a red herring to deceive you all from what was really going on.
Spend a few hours going thru everything and you'll find more. Search people, search for truth. Dont be deceived.. Find the truth….

Your wish has come true. Most "extreme" PIDers believe that actually, all of the Beatles were replaced. Like in Ringo's case… Apparently he "shrank", since in the beginning he was the same height as all the other Beatles. Can't say anything against that

But to me it seems that now, he's taller than Paul.

OfflineThrowing himself into the "Paul is Dead" affair in the fall of '69, Henry Truby from the University of Miami "analyzed" Paul's voice before and after 1966, and declared that the two voices were different.
Make that one demerit for the U. of Miami…
