        	        	<description><![CDATA[<p>I'm not sure I understand your logic. If serious collectors want the old vinyl wouldn't the value go up?</p>
<p>It's all about condition anyway. Lately I've seen more and more illustrated discography books being published, with different variations from around the world. I presume a comprehensive collection containing pristine items from many different countries would be worth far more than the odd vinyl copy of Revolver etc. Some things, such as the fan club singles, will always be worth lots because there weren't many manufactured and people didn't look after them.</p>

        	        	<description><![CDATA[<p>For what it&#039;s worth - my guess is that value of orignal Beatle vinyls will drop as boomers die off - and then only serious collectors will want them.</p>
<p>On another note, I was always impressed that when the band was still together, whenever they were asked about people who didn&#039;t like the Beatles (for whatever - their hair, their music etc) they never attacked their critics. They simply said "If some people don&#039;t like us that&#039;s fine, they don&#039;t have to buy our records.</p>

<p> Not to be mean, but, I don`t think that could be more wrong. The younger generation is getting away from even CD`s. So that`s neither stupid or ignorant. Wanting to irritate us? Not really. More just forgetting The Beatles typically buck trends.</p>
