These Rockband files are like a dream come true!
I'm having some trouble with Daytripper as well. Could anybody post or pm me a link to the wav files? I normally work in Pro Tools, which doesn't open .mogg files, so I export the .wav files from Audacity. But as we all know Daytripper won't open in Audacity.
Needless to say I have purchased the game in order to support the franchise.

Offline Here's what someone else achieved, regarding IWYSSH
I had success in extracting full versions of Daytripper and IWY(SSH) by using a trial version of Reaper (30 day trial version otherwise you gotta pay for it, blerrrg) and then saving/exporting the files to WAV files; then using Audacity to goof with the WAV files, not the MOGG files. Reaper has a utility for exporting multiple files–not sitting in front of my “studio” computer at the moment, so can't provide the finer details but fish around for it in the menus at the top.
So, it's:
1) Open MOGG file using Reaper.
2) Export multiple files, saving them in a WAV format, into a new folder on your desktop (or wherever.)
3) Open Audacity. Select ALL TEN of the WAV files and drag them onto the Audacity worksurface.
This worked for me; ymmv….<smiles!>

Offline A late comer to the party but this is one excellent gift for christmas. I have no idea whats better; Pauls Helter Skelter vocal, Georges guitar from What Goes On , any of the isolated tracks from WMGGW, the vocals on Hey Bulldog (especially when Paul and John go off the wall with their barking) or any of the other billion bits still to be heard.
Am a little miffed why the drums sound so weird when isolated on the early recordings and Hey Bulldog . Plus has there been some mixing out on Dont Let Me Down? There has always been this noise (from John i think) after the 'its a love that has no past' line but on the multitracks its gone, well i cant hear it.

Offline Theres a programme called Reaper that seemingly opens it, you can get it as a free demo online. These can then be imported into Audacity. I havent got around to doing it myself.
