It would deserve earphones to solve the question but I always heard like an odd leakage or something on the E chord right after the last 'and I don't know why' in 'I Want To Tell You' (and no mention of that on the What Goes On site !)

I'm surprised nobody has mentioned the squeaking noise from Helter Skelter during the solo, i really want to know what it is.

The first time i heard it was on the bus to my friends house as i was going there for a couple of drinks with him, i didn't think much of it but it confused it a lot, anyway once i got there we had quite a few drinks and lets just say he gets a bit angry once intoxicated and for some reason i thought i'd try and sit him down next to the computer and play it ...

The early Parlophone and Capitol issues had differences...

On the song 'What Goes On' there is a version that doesn't have the outro guitar lick and in that spot you hear Ring in the background say 'I feel fine'.

1. Not a weird sound, but at the end of "Act Naturally," you can hear a faint "chhhh" sound from the guitar strings. I don't know what exactly causes it, but I play guitar, and I hear it sometimes when I play.

Wikipedia cites Revolution in the Head for it being a bottle of Blue Nun. I don't own the book, so I can't verify it. What Goes On just says it's a bottle.

Ha I know exactly what your talking about. Well the big noise at the beginning is something called feedback. Paul accidentally plucked a low string on his bass and the vibrations made Johns guitar make that sound. And I'm pretty sure the sound you are taling about is Paul saying "Cut!" because he thought the feedback ruined the entire take. Turns out it didn't .

I sometimes here something right at the beginning of "I Feel Fine" that sounds like someone whispering gloop. It really freaked me out the first time I heard it.
