OfflineI just found out that the basic tracks of Polythene Pam and She Came In Through The Bathroom Window were recorded on my birthday exactly 30 years before I was born and I am quite happy about this because She Came In Through The Bathroom Window is one of my favourite Beatles songs. Are there any beatles songs that were recorded on your birthday?

OfflineNot the same year but the Get Back sessions started on the same date, January 2nd. Not sure if thats a good thing or not tho.
I wonder if anyone was born on the same date as their favourite beatle song was recorded.

"Norwegian Wood" (and a first, unused attempt at "Nowhere Man") were recorded on my birthday, but two years before I was actually born. However, the flutes on "The Fool On The Hill" as well as "Hello Goodbye"'s violas were recorded on my ACTUAL day of birth. (LOL I am old!)

OfflineSadly, not a single song was recorded on my birthday… ![]()
However, if we can take mixing into account, guess whose birthday "Hey Jude" was mixed on?!

OfflineThe only Beatles song recorded on my birthday is one of their very best -- "Here Comes The Sun".
They also released the single "All You Need Is Love"/"Baby You're a Rich Man" on my birthday (which is also Ringo's birthday!).
And John & Paul were introduced to each other the day before my birthday… so that's close enough! lol

OfflineIt's not all that impressive considering a) none of those songs will ever be released, and b) they all sound shit!
Unfortunately, on my birthday in 1969, they weren't recording, they were too busy convincing Harrison to return to the band (which he agreed to do on my birthday) to record anything.
Edit: Von (or IMDe Walrus as well) may be the only person to truly get it, but imagine being born on July 1st, 1967, in Canada. Pepper was released, and it was the centennial of Canada. That would be awesome!

OfflineThe Get Back sessions are one of those mind benders. Having the chance to hear in usually great sound quality the greatest band on Earth rehearsing for hours and days, playing old and new songs. Sounds like a wonderful experience. Yet its such a difficult and often monotonous task. Would be far better being the 30th and the Rooftop Concert.
Thats why im torn on whether its a good or bad thing having the 2nd January. The Christmas shows were also happening on the 2nd January i believe (not that ive looked it up) back in 1964 and 1965, can i take those instead?
