        	        	<description><![CDATA[<p>I&#039;ve done that time and again, to no avail. My suggestion is to ask Sir Paul himself. I wonder how many of you are/were lucky enough to have asked our Sir Paul about the synthesizer in this song?</p>

<p>I know in the <em>Wingspan</em> book, there is a paragraph on page 45, covering the year of 1972, which Sir Paul says of his late wife&#039;s musicianship:</p>

        	        	<description><![CDATA[<p>Is it true that Linda McCartney used the Minimoog (D) on all songs on the 1973 album <em>Band on the Run</em> that called for a synthesizer line, including the title track, "Jet" and the (initially stand-alone) "Helen Wheels"?</p>

<p>Some people think the synth solos on the title song may instead be that of the ARP Pro/DGX synthesizer. I know in the "Helen Wheels" promo video Linda is clearly seen playing a Minimoog.</p>
