Ok here I go

I am interviewing Beatles fans and experts for an article I'm doing for the school newspaper. There isn't a very big Beatles fan base in my school so I'm looking to you guys for HELP! (feel free to boo at the pun and throw rotten fruit at me now ahdn_paul_01)

Good Dog Nigel. Arf, Arf, he goes, a merry sight. Our little hairy friend. Arf, Arf, upon the lampost bright, arfing around the bend. Nice dog! Goo boy, waggie tail and beg. Clever Nigel, jump for joy Because we're putting you to sleep at three of the clock, Nigel. -John Lennon "In His Own Write"

If you want my perspective, realizing that I'm a relative newcomer to Beatles fandom, I'd be glad to answer your questions. Like mja says, PM me.

Same here, just send a PM. Don't know how much I can contribute, but it's worth a shot, right?

Feel free to send a PM to myself. Is it just general questions or something more specific about the band?

Same here, if you need more people.

I can talk about the Beatles forever.

Happy to help if you need it, just send a PM my way. Although, if you only want one, I suggest mja. That guy's probably the biggest Beatles expert this side of Mark Lewisohn.

I might add another perspective because I am still in school, I could talk about how it effects the social life and so on.

"White Album - My joint-fave Beatles album along with Revolver. They show the two sides of Beatles. Revolver's very controlled - even though it's also very innovative. The White Album's playful and almost ramshackle. It's like a scrapbook kept by a genius. Fantastic stuff."

^ I'm getting confused with your two avatars.

What kind of questions might there be?

@fabfouremily Do you mean two album covers combined into an avatar? Or are you talking about something else?

I should imagine the questions will be along the lines of how did you become a fan, and what is the attraction of a band who split up over 40 years ago.

No, I meant if I quickly see faceo's avatar and then I see LikeASir's, it takes me a while to realise it's not the same person.

This is all mainly about the influence of The Beatles on young people, so I'll ask you questions like that

In addition, I need your full name and age so if you're not comfortable with giving me that information, I completely understand but I will not be able to interview you. You're information is 100% confidential with me and I can promise you that I'm not going to steal your identity or anything  a-hard-days-night-george-10

Well, I'm in my 30s. Does that count?

You can still be interviewed! I can tweak the questions and refer to you as a "Beatles expert"
