Excellent find!
What first struck me was that it wasn't an actual 'photo' – and then, only 6 feet off the ground - I would have been tempted to move the whole billboard! but won't give away any more. Great vids & story!

Cool story. I was wondering why he did not cut off everything from the top of the board on up.
I guess he figured he'd quit while he was…nevermind.
