It's the title of the first chapter in the Paul bio by Barry Miles' Many Years From Now, it's sung in "Liverpool Oratorio," and I just found a reference to it in Olivia Harrison's intro to I, Me, Mine in which she says George used to say it. I Googled it but couldn't find the original source. I'm wondering if it's a quote from the Liverpool Institute since both Paul and George attended.
