Does anyone know the source of the quote "Being born in Liverpool brings with it certain responsibilities?" It's the title of the first chapter in the Paul bio by Barry Miles' Many Years From Now, it's sung in "Liverpool Oratorio," and I just found a reference to it in Olivia Harrison's intro to I, Me, Mine in which she says George used to say it. I Googled it but couldn't find the original source. I'm wondering if it's a quote from the Liverpool Institute since both Paul and George attended.

Just one of those random things that's gonna bug me. <img ...
