Okay, I'll be the one vote in favor of the "violent shade of chestnut" (great description, lol). It's kind of adorable, and the style reminds me of '67-'68 Paul. It was a little distressing to see him already going salt-and-pepper in the 80s, I think it'd be too much of a shock to see him suddenly step out in full-on gray.

Carrying that weight is a hard thing to do. He's Paul McCartney of The Beatles, his voice is no more shot than Dylan's, while he wants to go out and do it, I'm happy to let him, and happy to have seen him doing a few times over the past 20 years. Next time around I'm buying a ticket. Were he to stop today, and leave us in thirty years (possible), we'd all be asking what he might have done.

After hearing "Cut Me Some Slack" I changed my mind: McCartney should NOT stop! This track gave me hope for McCartney to continue singing.

Paul can go on as long as he wants to. I think he and Ringo are doing very well, considering they're not as young as they used to be. I mostly watch Ringo, but Paul is still rocking, and I hope he continues to.

Well, I think that if he enjoys performing and gets kicks off of it, why not... That is one trait I have always liked about him; he genuinely enjoys performing and fans, enjoys being a beatle, enjoys publicity-and why shouldn't he? I find it very sad if famous people who thrived to be famous loathe the fame ones they have it( George being a case in point). There was a point where I thought Paul (The 'Stones as well) should give it up, but they've taken it so far, they might as well keep going 'til they physically can't keep it up. Enjoy them while they're still here.
