I think it was Meet The Beatles!, but you're otherwise correct. I think Krist Novoselic described About A Girl as the bridge between The Beatles and grunge, which seems about right.

Yeah I always mix those two, I am not sure why US had to have different album songs and even names than the original UK ones.

Im not much of a Nirvana fan but i think their music will be about in a few decades time. I'd rather listen to them than the Spice Girls who led the Girl Power movement (not that their music is played very often but some stage show was begun last night or whenever - i didnt care enough to waste time reading about it).  Imagine Paul as a honoury Spice Girl...
