To my ears he's singing: "It's all good now, ah oh, ah ah oh...." Or he could be doing scat.

So now responding to my own post - apparently he either says "piece of cake" or "piss off cake" which is argued widely in the web-o-sphere.

I assume it's "piece of cake" unless anyone knows otherwise.
