Offline ^ The other day, my friend and I were shuffling through some songs and Penny Lane came on. Once it was over, he asked me, “So what did Denny Laine do for the Beatles? They must really worship him if they’ve written a song about him”.
I get it when beatlemaniacs make that joke, but this was completely random.

BTW, it’s a great interview. Even if you don’t particularly care to hear from Denny, he offers interesting insights on Paul’s working habits, and the interview’s easily listened to as background.
