Haha, I’ve said the same thing to my brother-in-law when he beats the crap out of me at Guitar Hero! “Yeah but I can play guitar FOR REALZ!”

(Never mind that my real-life guitar skills are about on the same level as my video game skills.)

GEORGE: In fact, The Detroit Sound. JOHN: In fact, yes. GEORGE: In fact, yeah. Tamla-Motown artists are our favorites. The Miracles. JOHN: We like Marvin Gaye. GEORGE: The Impressions PAUL & GEORGE: Mary Wells. GEORGE: The Exciters. RINGO: Chuck Jackson. JOHN: To name but eighty.

I always find it interesting that good (or great, in Paul’s case) musicians are hardly ever good at things like Rock Band.

Also known as Egg-Rock, Egg-Roll, E-George, Eggy, Ravioli, Eggroll Eggrolli...

Well, presumably they’ve got more important things to do than play games, like writing, recording and performing music! If they spent their time playing Rock Band, they’d become more skilled at it, just like anyone else.

Oh. True.

Ringo is also having a hard time with the backbeat although I feel that the drum set of Rockband is fairly accurate.

I hope that says something for my music skills, because I am pretty bad at guitar hero… (Although I’ve only played it at a friend’s book home, so that’s probably the reason why)

I don’t think I’ve encountered the term “book home” before! Is that a non-English term?

As far as I know, it’s not American, either.

Could it be a typo, and “back home” was intended? Would make more sense.

Autocorrect error, hm…I never thought of that.

(Last summer I was using my sister’s phone, sending my first-ever text messages to my bro-in-law (or to anyone, for the record) and instead of “haha” I accidentally texted “hash”!)

Yes, it is an autocorrect error and I don’t know how on earth it got there.

Now that I see it, I can’t help but laugh my head off at it ahdn_george_08. Stupid smartphones…
