Paul is a great story teller. This song is an example. I was happily surprised when he busted this one out live for the first time when I saw him in July 2014.
As an aside, I think about this tune every day on MY way to work as I listen to the traffic reports during my commute. Seems there is always something going on at I-95 and the Chichester Ave. exit.
