I have been lucky enough to see Love twice in Las Vegas.

The choreography/gymnastics set to the Beatles music is mind blowing and the sound is superb.

At first, I refused to buy a copy of LOVE (I thought it was just a money grab at first). Now that I have it, I consider it as much of their official catalogue as I do Revolver. I mean, I know it's not technically a new Beatles album, but it's still more of a Beatles album than Yellow Submarine was.

Hmm...I'd probably agree with you that the "Songtrack" is better than LIB overall, song-for-song, with all those 1965-1968 gems on it. But I prefer to hear 'em in their original contexts. And as for the original soundtrack album, I regret to say that I've never played the second side more than a half-dozen times, tops. (Sorry, Mr. Martin.)

How about we consider YS to be "Album of the Day" every February 29!

I don't update the album of the month each month – it's set to pull in a file depending on what month it is. The same with song of the day – I have 366 files which are selected depending on which day of the year it is today. When I set the albums up I selected the 12 main titles, and left out YS (if they'd done, say, 15 core albums I would have needed to be even more selective).
