I just got his first two books from the library, and I think they're great! His drawings fascinate me. I'm having a bit of trouble finding A Spaniard in the Works for a decent price though.a-hard-days-night-john-7

How is Skywriting by Word of Mouth? I only heard of it just recently.

I now declare this bridge open!

You can tell that it was an unfinished work, but as a John Lennon/Beatles fan, you probably will like it that way. It is sexually explicit in parts, mostly with the intention of grossing you out. Oh and whole paragraphs of words morphing into other words! The drawings are pretty funny. I like the ones with this little blob of a man pointing at things and calling it an exabitionist.

If you're an American, you'll probably get more of the political jokes this time.

If you get it for anything, get it for the mini autobiography in the front. And there's an interesting epilogue at the end by Yoko that I thought was sweet. I like the whole thing really, but don't expect it to be the same as the first two.

Ad hoc, ad loc, and quid pro quo! So little time! So much to know!

I love John's poetry. Except for Strawberry Fields Forever. That song sucked.

a-hard-days-night-paul-6 I'm a bit surprised, Mr. Big. I was pretty sure you wouldn't since some of it makes less sense than SFF.

Ouch. I don't want K.

What surprise me more is the fact that SFF isn't poetry... Two different media.

I'd like to say "thank you" on behalf of the group and ourselves and I hope we passed the audition. John Lennon

a-hard-days-night-ringo-10 But anyways, I love that ABC poem that Joe posted... my favorite line is "L is for Land because brown". a-hard-days-night-george-9

I'm in love, but I'm lazy.
