Offline I think there is some thing to numerology is similar to astrology. I did mine and got the number 9 which is weird because it has followed me around. You just ad up your birth date so example mine is 10/17/1989, 10=1, 1+7=8, 1+9=1, 8+9=17, 1=7=8 then ad all those up and reduce 8+8+1+1=18=1+8=9 for the life path which is birthdate. Usually they consider your 4 core numbers as the most important birthdate which is life path, destiny which is your names letters converted to numbers then added and reduced as I did above with birthdate, then your birthday day number is one of your core then your expression number which is the addition and reduction of the vowels in your full name. Interesting stuff me and my friends did it and it was all spot on.

But why not for the year part add it this way: 1+9 (=10) + 8 (=18) + 9 (=27). Then you would have 9+9 = 18 which (1+8) resolves down to 9.
