OfflineHave you guys heard this rather silly Lennon composition?

OfflineIt's on the John Lennon Anthology box set (1998), although this seems to be a different mix. It's a lot flatter with less echo. I presume it's the original mix.
Do The Oz was the b-side of… ah, sod it. Here's an article on it.

OfflineOps. Sorry. I ask questions which answer can be found in Beatles Bible.
BTW I love John's section!! Is it avaiable to all audiences? I wanna promote it with my friends.
(OMG more articles to read
)
It's just about ready, but I need to write about Walls And Bridges, Double Fantasy, Milk And Honey and some of the compilations, and I need to put together a front page (similar to the main one on the site, but just for John). Should be done in a few more days.

Wow Joe, you have truly done an excellent job. I just typed in India, India for the hell of it and I was shocked to see the write up you had on such a rare demo. Great work!
Glad you like it!
I cobbled together a front page in my lunch hour. http://www.beatlesbible.com/pe…..hn-lennon/
It probably needs a bit more work, and some of the links are broken or are to empty pages, but it'll do for now. I'll finish off the Lennon site by the end of the week.
All feedback gratefully received. If you spot errors please leave a comment on the relevant pages.

OfflineLooking awesome!!
And actually I might use all the info you have. I might be officially invited to participate in a panel discussion about John and his work, as part of John Lennon's week to celebrate his 70th birthday.
Edit : Wow! I got the guest! It might be my nephew who's a Beatle fan, and he's reading the site!

I never want anyone I know to know that I go here.

OfflineOn my cycle to work this morning it was Angel Baby. A few times in recent weeks it's been (Just Like) Starting Over.
I quite often sing to myself on my bike ride in. The cycle path is quite quiet which makes me less inhibited. Though there was one time when I was merrily singing away and someone overtook me – that was a bit embarrassing.

OfflineI love the stripped down (Just Like) Starting Over. It'll be released on Oct. 5th. You can hear it on theBeatlesRarity.com now, here. it's great to actually get under the orchestrations and over abundance of backing vocals and hear the guitars.

Well it's more embarrassing singing at the top of your lungs and dancing Just like Starting Over in your classroom and that your students are at the door looking at you.
