John Lennon joke form expected to sell for £15,000 </p>
<p>Former Beatle John Lennon described his occupation as ‘hazardus’ in a joke form he filled in months before his death.<br />
The singer made the prophetic entry on a Japanese landing card in 1980, the year he was shot dead in New York.The 40-year-old claimed his name was ‘blowjob’, his nationality ‘weird’ and his passport’s issuing authority was the ‘god of air’.<br />
