They're all unreleased versions, with many of the songs (albeit different recordings) having been released on Anthology. Hope this helps.

Can somebody please enlighten me on what exactly is on the Home Recordings Disc that comes with the Signature Box? I know India , India, One of the Boys and Honey Don't are unreleased, but the other titles, are they the Anthology versions, or dfiferent versions again?
