I was reading the article Joe had posted on Hey Jude and saw that it said something about John swearing in the song.
I am beginning to believe it is a myth because I have listened to the song over and over and hear nothing.
Can any of you hear it? If so, which part?

Yup, it's there.
I forget exactly where (I think about 2 minutes 40 something?), but it's just after "Remember to let her into your heart".
It goes sort of like this:
"Remember to let her into your heart" Got the wrong chord! "Then you can start" ****in' hell!

It's probably a lot easier to hear if you use headphones. I pretty much never listen to music over speakers, ahaha

The chorus goes like this …
Paul and John are with "Hey Jude .. don't make it bad.. take a sad song.. and make it better.. remember to let it under your skin".. you can hear "Oh!" and then Paul sings "then you begin" and at the beginning of "begin" in that moment you hear John and his "F… hell"
Actually I hadn't noticed the f…. hell, but the "Oh!" I've always believed it was part of the lyrics so I sing it ……

stations to this day. In the final verse, John Lennon sang "Let her
into" instead of "Let her under your skin". His cry of "Oh!", followed
by "Fucking hell", remains in the final mix.

I think you can hear it really well on the remastered version. Then again, I'd heard about it for years and was definitely looking for it. We use it as an "amusing expletive" around the house here, for, say, when you're gettin' your rear-end handed to you in Monopoly, just as you've been bankrupted: "Fncking hell!"

LMAO I heard it. That is so funny, hehe. I never heard it before. I think you definitely need to have the head phones on to hear it. It does definitely sound like John btw. Plus isnt Paul still singing so it couldnt be him.
