Listened to the Lennon Box Set over the weekend. The more I hear "Out Of The Blue", the more I love it. Without getting too sappy, lines like "I was born just to get to you" make me think of my own relationship with Zag. Another one is Macca's "Calico Skies" when he sings "It was written that I would love you from the moment I opened my eyes".

Those songs tug at the ol' ticker every time.heart

And how about #9 Dream from Walls & Bridges - such a superb song and the production quality is superb. That initial guitar sound which opens the track with those strings makes for a sublime song. John was a brilliant producer as well as a genius songwriter.
I also love the original demos' of Free as a Bird, Real Love and especially Now & Then. Technically, it's an amazing production, but "intense" is a perfect description.
