Double Fantasy Stripped Down is wonderful. Well, the John songs are. The Yoko ones are still pretty bad (mainly because of her 'singing'. I recommend it.

I haven't explored the Signature Box properly yet, but it's a lot bigger than I thought it'd be. Also, even though it's not included, DF/SD does fit in there. I'll probably put all the CDs on the shelf, though, like I did with the Beatles remasters.

And dare I say this, even Yoko's songs (which are given the same treatment) sound good.  In fact, her melodies are very tuneful; it's just her voice.... And she's done some nice things with Every Man Has A Woman Who Loves Him and Hard Times Are Over.  Not going to say what, but let's just say John gets a bigger role on them both this time around!
