Weird question, I know! Just curious…. In all the pic's I have ever seen of John (be he married to Cynthia or Yoko), I have never seen a wedding band on his finger. Yet, I recently read an article about the day he was shot & how the hospital gave Yoko his "wedding band"? I thought that was strange. Maybe he never wore one in public? Any one know?

Why that might point to why nobody should wear a wedding band, male or female, it doesn't say anything about whether John did. I don't think that he did. I won't say it was rare for a man of his generation to wear a wedding ring, but it was certainly not uncommon that they chose not to.

Thats true.
He could've always got it resized.
