Von Bontee, looks like you were writing yours around the same time I was, and your math is off now. I think the total should come out to 11.

Not a bad idea actually, if mja wanted to its cool. Then we could do Paul's, George's and Ringo's!

Though maybe Paul's should be last, his might be rather long.

I think it should be Ringo last, since not many people on here have listened to too many of his albums, so I don't think many people would be posting on that one.

True, so I think we found the order John, George, Paul, and then lastly poor Ringo.

Perhaps.. but perhaps it would be better to be ranking a group of albums or songs that would have a close running. A combination of them all..?

Nahh, I think we should go by solo albums for each of them. I guess it's really Mark's decision, though, since it is his thread.

True.. but it's a fairly predictable match-up. One of his first two albums will win, followed by the other, then Double Fantasy, then the rest in a random order.

I had a pretty good feeling that this was going to come down to Revolver and Abbey Road, and it did.a-hard-days-night-ringo-12

Congratulations to Revolver! It's the Top 3 I expected from the beginning, though not necessarily in the order I would have them. But then that is the game.

Well, I have a couple of thoughts as to what happens now.

One thing I think we should do is ask Joe to hive the heal/hurt games off into their own sub-forum as they seem to be taking on a life of their own. That way, if people are agreeable, I can draw up a set of rules based on those used here, with a few tweaks, and ask him to tie them to the top of the sub-forum so all games are played on the same rules. If no objections are voiced to this suggestion I will PM Joe tomorrow to ask him.

I do have an idea for what I would like to make my next heal/hurt game, though will not reveal it just yet – given what I've just said above about talking to Joe about the future of this form of game, and whether it gets its own sub-forum, I'd like to wait.

I like the idea of the doing the solo albums, though thought would need to be put into what's included and excluded. But that counts for all these lists and I may have an idea on that that is still forming.

On the solo albums, Paul is obviously the difficult one. I would, were I creating it, break him down into groups. Solo. Wings. Live. And then maybe a list made up of the top 3-4 from each list to come up with an ultimate winner.

Interested to see what you think.
