I’m no longer seeing it either, Emily, and Joe mentioned in his PM that it was something we needn’t worry about, and that he didn’t realise it could be seen by mods. Could be that he’s cleared the backlog, or found a way to make it visible to himself as administrator only, so as not to distract us newbies by things we don’t need to worry about. If it does reappear it’ll be below the buttons at the top of the page (“Log in/out”, etc.).

The bug that was stopping us from moving posts/threads seems to have been fixed with an update. However, the new release seems to have brought other problems, wouldn’t ya know.
This time it’s PMs. Reply-to-all doesn’t seem to work properly (it seems to just reply to you, so you’ll have to put the recipients back in manually). Also, some people have reported getting emails saying there’s a message called “Untitled” waiting for them, when no such message exists. There might be other additional things that haven’t yet come to light.
I’ll wait for a further update which will hopefully fix these things. Sorry everyone.

Offline People have had problems deleting posts they have made in recent days that they have either reconsidered, or else made by mistake. For anybody who has had a problem with this, the ability to delete personal posts has been reinstated. Joe and I worked on the problem yesterday. We solved it. Apologies for all the problems this latest update to the forum has caused. We are slowly putting them right, but then another crops up! We may be about there with this update now. If anyone is noticing anything they could do but can’t now, please let us know.

Offline Apologies. It seems the delete problem may still be a problem. Joe and I thought we had it solved when I was able to delete again. After an incident tonight, it seems that isn’t so. It is being worked on.

Offline It’s another bug, unfortunately. I’ll report it. Sorry everyone – looks like only I can delete stuff at the moment. If you need something doing just send me a PM with a link, or edit your message to remove whatever it was you didn’t want.
I’m still experimenting with a different forum, but it’ll take me a while before it’s ready (and I might abandon it if it doesn’t work well). The work in progress looks pretty basic, so it’ll depend if I can make it look decent and not miss out on a load of functionality.
