Hmm. The big Rolling Stone interview with John from 1970 is published in book form (Lennon Remembers by Jann S Wenner). The 1980 Playboy one is published as All We Are Saying by David Sheff.

Although much of these interviews are already online, I don't particularly want to get letters from lawyers telling me to take them down if I publish massive chunks of them. The brief quotations I've got already are OK under fair use/criticism clauses. Buy the books instead – they're both great.

Please don't spoil my day; I'm miles away

Ah, I didn't think about copyright. I'll look for the books, along with all the others I need. But first I'll have to look for a good book store…
