Sorry you were having trouble with the contact form. I've tested it and it seems to work, and I'm getting emails from other people via that page.

Thanks for the offer of the book. Unfortunately I'm in the (enviable?) position of drowning in Beatles books to review right now, so I don't have time to read or write about anything that's not 100% Beatles-related. It looks like an interesting book though, and I wish you well with it.
