Actually I've figured out why I was feeling so bad and tired last week. I was very sick 2 weeks ago (a severe tonsils infection) and I had to take medicine. But it made me feel so tired that I couldn't keep myself awake in my afternoon classes. Besides, I had tons of problems with students and family. But my sister called my doctor to explain my problem, and she said I must have more veggies and fruit and drink tons of water to detox myself from all the medicine I took.

It seems that after all, I truly needed an apple!! a-hard-days-night-john-2
