I can't seem to edit my avatar or any information in profile section. I get this error:

Sorry, I'll look into it. I've just changed servers and some things might be broken – looks like this is one of them.
I can't check straight away but will as soon as I'm able to.

Hi. Could you try again please? I had to change some permissions to allow people to upload/change things on the server. Hopefully I've got it right, but possibly not. I managed to break the entire forum while trying to make it work – oops.

I thought it was fixed. We've had new people join who have been able to set their avatar pics. I don't really know what might be the cause – if I get time I'll look into it.

Can someone else try changing their avatar? Let me know if it works or if you get the same error message.

Seems to work OK for me now (this is my test account, with permissions the same as you common folk, so I can see what the forum looks like without admin rights).
I reset something in the admin area which seems to have purged some of the old settings. AFAICT it was breaking as it was looking for a file path as it was on the old server, but things are set up slightly different on this one.
Can you try uploading once again? Fingers crossed it works this time. 
(For anyone else wondering how to upload an avatar, look for the Profile button near the top of the page. Once you're in there look for the Edit Avatar link. If it all works properly, of course.)
