George's birthday is the same day as my Nan's. I'm not sure how old she is but she was born the same year as the Queen so very old!

George, I love you. The world needs you. You can never be truly gone because of everything you left us that will always be used. For tomorrow, I'm going to beg to go to Strawberry Fields and sing as long as I can. If my mom has time… (sadly I have no sense of direction and can't travel myself without ending up in some foreign place). I don't know what birthday's are like in Heaven, is it one big party or is it a peaceful little party in somewhere quiet? Or is it nothing at all? But I can see you right now in a lush garden with a sitar in your lap with John, your parents, Mal, Brian, Neil, and other loved ones just having a joyus time. I'm still thinking myself on how I'm gonna celebrate, maybe a cake? Hahaha.

Please forgive this being a few days late but I have been away for a while.

I enjoyed George's birthday by watching Concert For George and then listening to the "All Things George" playlist in my iPod. On Concert For George, I always get a tear in my eye during "For You Blue" when Paul and Ritchie look at each other while reciting George's line about the 12 bar blues – a fantastic little moment during that concert.

Anyway, I miss George very much. To this day, I still cannot believe he is gone.
