<p>Milk soothes the throat for a time taking away the soreness and roughness resulting in being able to speak. Singing would probably lessen the time of effect which would account for John being able to battle through Take 1 but come Take 2 was completely gone - especially considering the song and the way John belted it out.</p>

        	        	<description><![CDATA[<p>We could debate and discuss the benefits of gargling and, on a slight tangent, mouthwash. Do you use it? If so do you gargle or swirl it around youre mouth? Do you brush first and then mouthwash or mouthwash followed by brushing (i was told by a dental worker that you should use the mouthwash first as there is more calcium in the toothpaste and so if you gargle (or swirl) after brushing then you lose the some of calcium)?</p>

<p>Couldn't agree more. This was also posted as "Video George Harrison garging" and I made just that point. Then they deleted the video making it look like mine was the first comment in the thread and I was reacting to nothing. I, for one, don't mind seeing clips pointed out that I may or may not have seen. This is one I have seen.
