Clue for where you can listen to it: given that these two are moving this contraption inside, they would promptly lie it down on the really leaky floor, within the room with a lot of spice, then wonder how quick it went when it never felt that way. And they would want to go for a swim, but be too afraid of the creatures in the water.

Ah ok so this is from yellow submarine. Pepperland is your spice, Sea Of Time is your speed, Sea Of Monsters is your creatures. Yellow Submarine is the moving contraption. I’m guessing Sea Of Holes is the leaky floor.
Perhaps they are carrying it all together now?
Or maybe without that brace It’s All Too Much …
