What if two or more of the characters from different Beatles songs (group or solo) were to meet? What would the meeting be like? What would they do? Where would they go? What would they talk about? Etc. There are some creative types out there who like to make up stories so I’m hoping you all will entertain us.

You can pick a scenario proposed by someone in the thread to make up a story about, or you can create your own scenario. You can make a one-post story or you can enlist others to help you develop your story. Your story can be short or long. You can propose scenarios for others to choose from to write about.

The time frame can be the 1960’s through to the present (whenever the present is that you visit this thread).

If more clarification about how this game will proceed is needed, I will come back and edit this post with more instructions.

It is fine (and encouraged even) for multiple people to write stories about the same characters. Varity is the spice of life.

Here are some ideas to get the game rolling.

1. Imagine that Sexy Sadie and Dear Prudence were going to spend the day together. What would they do? Where would they go? What would they talk about?

2. Why did Rose and Valerie want Maxwell to go free? What is their history with him?

3. If John were to have written a conversation that took place between Nowhere Man and The Fool On The Hill , how would the conversation have gone?

4. Do Girl and Lovely Rita have anything in common? Would they be good dorm mates? Would they compete for the same guy?

Well i don’t know how exactly Ahhh Girl you want this thread to go but i’ll start with the way i convinced it in my mind.

One rainy night Rita  ran away from her house to meet her boyfriend who was on the hill where fool was mostly to be found. She was running really fast as she could with her skinny legs to get shelter from storm, while running she was looking nowhere until she ran into a girl called Girl.(from here conversation starts)

Girl: Watch out where ya going !

Rita: Sorry i’m in hurry, I have something big going on.

Girl: What’s the big thing ?

Rita: I can’t tell, it’s a secret

Girl: Okay don’t, im going fine! (In a girl manner as John describes in song)

Rita: Wait , can i spent one night with you

Girl: Why would i let you in my house

Rita: I’ll tell you everything, just please give me some shelter

Girl: Alright, come along

(Girl and Rita walks in rain slowly while chatting and when they reaches home Rita drys herself and Girl gives her a hot cup of milk n some biscuits, while eating Rita notices a pic of John with Girl on her bed and says)

Rita: How you got a chance to take a pic with John? He’s such a busy person.

Girl: well hmm a, we dated for some time.

Rita: When ?

Girl: When Beatles were on skiing holidays.

Rita: More of an affair, right?

Girl: All is fair in love and war. and one more thing Girl was written for me

Rita: That’s coo-o-oool

Girl: What’s your secret ?

(Handing over picture, rita says)

Rita: See him, he’s my B-friend and i’ve left my home to meet him. He lives on the hills

( Girl immediately realizes that he’s the fool on the hills, who looks like Paul and falls for him, after a little more conversation they fall asleep)

When Rita woke she found herself alone and immediately rushed towards the Hill and found out that girl was making up with her b-friend (fool) . She couldn’t take it anymore and left instead of confronting and headed straight towards the home with a heavy broken heart. When she reached home, she noticed everyone was sleeping and quietly entered her room and turned radio on to uplift her mood or maybe cry with some sad songs. Then she listened to Lovely Rita which described her feelings and become beatlemanic to mega-huge beatlemanic and now she’s a member on BB maybe she’s @Rita Eleanor

P.S Sorry for a very long story, i know it shouldn’t be that long but i got carried away and wrote it.

I fell asleep writing a good story about Rose and Valerie!

I’ll finish it later.

If I spoke prose you'd all find out, I don't know what I talk about.

@Ahhh Girl said
Why did Rose and Valerie want Maxwell to go free?

Interview outside the Old Bailey, anytime

Rose: We can change him!

Valerie: Well, I can change him!

Rose (glaring at Valerie): WE can change him! He’s not such a bad boy! He’s misunderstood.

Reporter: He has murdered people. Women just like you among them.

Valerie: That’s because they didn’t understand him like I do. When I hold him in my arms…

Rose: You have never held him in your arms!

Valerie: Have too!

Rose: We’ve never even met him! We just know all the bad things said about him in the papers can’t be true. He’s too cute.

Valerie: And he’ll be mine when he’s found not guilty. And he’ll change for me. No more murdering… Not that he has ever murdered.

Rose: Well, he probably did. Only because he was misunderstood though. We can make him right again.

Valerie: If if he was here today, he would choose me.

Rose: He’d choose me!

They start throwing punches at each other and are dragged apart by police.

Reporter (to camera): Well, there it is. What is this female attraction to bad boys about? Why do so many serial killers get fan mail and offers of marriage? And I can’t even get a date because I’m too damn nice! Back to the studio…

I see Ron Nasty got here first… Oh we’ll here’s mine:

Don’t want to write out four (at least now) but I feel like Rita is a lot nicer.

Maxwell’s Rose and Valerie
Mr. Kite

It was fall of 1969, med school was just beginning to get into full swing and the charming yet dubious Maxwell Edison was going steady with Rose Rawley. Maxwell was generally a good boyfriend to Rose, and he felt her best friend Joan wasn’t being very loyal. He decided to take things into his own hands and test Joan’s loyalty by asking her out. Joan, a student in the sciences as well, was never a traitor to her friend and even told Rose that Maxwell had called wanting to go to the pictures with her. Feeling hurt and curious as to Max’s motives, Rose tells Joan to go, even though Joan feels quite strange about it.

As she’s getting ready to leave, a knock comes from behind. She is currently on the phone with Rose and tells her to stay on the line and listen as she places the phone down, off the receiver. She answers the door with a fake but believable smile and invites Mr. Edison in. This is where things start to go wrong. He pulls out his beautiful silver hammer, (a gift from his father, the owner of a large hardware chain,) and begins advancing towards Joan who is standing at her desk near her phone. “How dare you betray your best friend like this Joan!?” “Wait ! What? It was you–” But Joan was interrupted by Max. “You’ll pay girl!” “This must be a misunderstanding!!” Rose was now sure this was going to be awful. All she heard then was a struggle in which it was apparent Joan was being murdered. Rose had no time to call the police.

And now that The Police have been mentioned, it’s worth noting that Sting once sang, “murder is like anything you take to, it’s a habit forming need for more and more.” This is just what was happening to Maxwell. Although he did have a bit of a bad side, it wasn’t that bad until he fed it the previous night with the murder of Joan Watson. He felt a bit… Evil dare he think it, and he liked it!

In class he was a bit more sarcastic toward the professor (a certain Dr. Green) than usual, and he was asked to stay behind after class. This was a psychology class, and due to his outbursts he had to write a paper… On punishment of young children in schools. And to aid him in writing the paper she punished him the way she would someone much younger, by having him write the phrase “I must not be so,” fifty times on the board. Feeling humiliated and with the taste for killing he has recently acquired, as the poor teacher turns her back to fix some papers on her desk, he pulls out his silver hammer.

The young Valerie Green is appalled by the murder of her mother. PC-31 is investigating and they realize the similarities between this murder and that of Joan Watson the night before. They call in Rose to gather more information. She tells them that she’s sure it was Maxwell, and his name of course is on the class roster.

As the police leave, Rose and Valerie begin to talk. Rose tells of how Max was her boyfriend, but she hasn’t seen him since the morning before, and didn’t know how bad he could have been. Both, devastated and angry, they decide to take matters into their own hands. They will find Maxwell and bring him to justice!

The next morning as they had finished planning their murder, they get a call from a lawyer saying they are needed in court as witnesses. They were prepared to get justice on Max however, and are not pleased. At the courthouse they plead with the judge to let Max go. “Maxwell must go free.” The judge does not agree and he tells them so, “What’s wrong with you girls?! He murdered your friends and family, he will be put in jail, and we have enough evidence without you two!” They storm out and go back to the gallery.

Now there are two alternate endings that I’ll post in the next two posts under spoilers!

Ending A

“We have to avenge them, Rose!” mutters Val on the way back to the gallery. Rose was one step ahead and had grabbed Maxwell’s Silver Hammer from the lot of evidence.

“Maxwell, you are sentenced to life–“
But the judge was cut off when a familiar hammer came down upon his head. Rose and Valerie, the girls from the gallery, made sure that he was dead. They began walking toward Max who just began laughing. “Now, you’re no better than me, you’re murderers, and there’s nothing you can do now.” With this the officer, who had momentarily stepped out, came back and realizing what was happening was able to seize the hammer and call for more cops.

They were all put in jail for life, the end!

Ending B

Sitting in the gallery, they begin to come to their senses. Rose starts, “It was crazy that we were going to stoop to his level, murder?! I just met you, but I know that’s not like me at all.” “It definitely unlike me also.”
They look down from the gallery and shout “Maxwell must not go free!!”
The judge looks up and smiles glad they came to their senses. He sentences Maxwell to life in prison, but is knocked unconscious by Max’s hammer! The bailiff tackles Max and takes him straight to his high security cell. The judge comes to, and the hammer was unable to claim another life.

Rose and Valerie become good friends and try to put the horrible memory of Maxwell’s Silver Hammer behind them.

Once upon a time their was boy named Maxwell. He was a very disturbed boy. When he was young, he used to help his mom with her woodwork. His favorite thing to do was smash the nail in with a silver hammer. Some times he would smash other things with his hammer. First it was ants, then pets, and eventually he would end up smashing humans but that will be a little later.

Maxwell was a very smart lad and flew threw school and along the way, he met his girlfriend Joan during his senor year of high school. To the outsider, they seemed like the perfect couple. They were the top students of the year and graduated with honors and their pick at any school in the world. After talking it over with each other Joan decided to go to a near by school so she could still live at home. Maxwell agreed to go to that school also even though it wasn’t the one he want which would prove disastrous for Joan.

During their freshman year at school, Maxwell became extremely busy with his medicine major and could hardly spend any time with Joan. This was no problem for Joan who started to drift from Maxwell and started seeing other guys. When Maxwell found out that Joan was no longer his girl he started to get mad at her for leaving and being the reason he attended this school. Maxwell masked his anger by behaving like a class clown in class which resulted in his grades slipping which only made him madder.

One sunny fall day, when Maxwell was working in his mom’s woodworking shop, he took a good look at his silver hammer. He remembered all the good times he used to smash animals with that silver hammer, then it hit him! Maxwell then started to smile, all the anger seemed to melt away. He knew what he has to do. The mere thought of his plan got all jazzed up which caused him to smash the project he was working on but he didn’t care, his mind was too far gone.

Later that night, Maxwell dialed up Joan and asked her to the picture show. Maxwell told her to meet him at his house since it was on the way to the movies but he was far to impatient to wait for her so he ran up to her house hammer in hand. What if Joan isn’t alone in the house? a small rational part of Maxwell pointed out. Well I guess they will get the hammer also, Maxwell knocked on the door.

When Joan opened the door, her mouth opened to ask what he was doing their but the words among other things died when Maxwell started smashing her head in with the silver hammer. Blood splattered everywhere in big splashes that coated everything in the area including his silver (now red) hammer. Maxwell felt like he was on cloud nine wow, this is much better than smashing animals ever was! After Joan was beaten to a bloody pulp, Maxwell knew that he had to dispose of the evidence or else he may not have the chance to do that again. There was no way he would dispose of the hammer so he looked in Joan’s cleaning closet and managed to find a mop with a bucket. Going back out to the front door, he moped up the remains and disposed of it in the flower bed and returned home with his blood spattered hammer.

Back in school again, Max played the fool again, his teacher gets annoyed. Today, Max managed to find his teachers breaking point and she tells Max to stay when the class had gone away. Max would normally just leave anyway but he had his trusty hammer in his bag so he waited behind. The teacher made him write 50 times “I must not be so oooo.” Unfortunately for the teacher, she turned her back on the boy. Seizing the opportunity, he crept up from behind.

It was different than the time with Joan for Maxwell. One thing was that he didn’t kill her with the first blow so she was able to scream out for help. Panicked, Max started hitting her at a much faster pace to kill her quickly. There was a lot of footsteps in the hallway that was getting lower. He didn’t have time to remove evidence so he hastily jumped out of the window which was on the second floor. When he landed on the ground, he fell on his ankle causing it to break thought he didn’t let that stop him from trying to get away. Soon people managed to track his location. Maxwell started to swing his red and silver hammer at people and managed to break a few bones but was overpowered and was apprehended.

A few months later, Maxwell’s trial was in session. During the months leading up to the trial, the police connected him to both Joan and the teachers deaths. His murders also started a media frenzy, thousands of people wanted a glimpse or an interview with the killer. A few people started to idolize him and started a fan club. Two of the fan clubs leaders, Rose and Valerie, managed to get front row seats at the trial. Maxwell got up to the stand and painted testimonial pictures. Rose and Valerie were yelling that “Maxwell must go free.” The judge did not agree and he told them so. Rose and Valerie started a commotion which distracted everyone in the room except for Maxwell who took his hammer off the evidence table and snuck up behind the judge.

Acting quickly, Max struck the Judge in a spot he knew was fatal then made a hasty retreat. Rose and Valerie called the other fan club members in effective buying Max well enough time to leave out of the back entrance of the court house. He ran until he spotted a church a few blocks away that had an open bathroom window that Max could fit in. Coming in through the bathroom window, protected by his silver hammer, he left the bathroom when he saw their was no one outside of the bathroom. Curiosity getting the better of him, Maxwell wandered around the empty church and spotted a bible. When he picked up the book, he heard police sirens in the background so he took the book and hurried to a hiding place in a cabinet. While he waited for the cops to leave, he read the bible. The more he read, the more he realized that he had to turn his act around. A few hours later when the police left, Maxwell had a new direction for his life; he was gonna become a priest.

Days, weeks, months, years, and even decades pass and during that time Maxwell had changed almost everything about himself. Most people know him now as Father McKenzie, a quiet man who keeps to himself at the little church at the edge of town. Despite Father McKenzie’s attempt at departure from his past, he still kept that silver hammer with him. It was almost as if he was addicted to the hammer. He kept the hammer in his church.

His church wasn’t very busy, most people attended the much bigger church in the center of town. The only regular attendant of the church was a women named Eleanor Rigby . She spent most of her time at the church, cleaning up after weddings, she always kept a happy face on even though no one was there to see it except Father McKenzie who started to have feelings for her. He hated his feelings he had for her, as a man of religion he shouldn’t have theses feelings. Over time he started to get angry at her for his feelings. His thoughts turned to his silver hammer more and more and he found less and less reasons not to slip back into his old ways.

A time came when the call of his silver hammer out weighted his better judgment. Eleanor was in the church reading the psalm book when Father McKenzie became Maxwell again By the time he came to his senses, it was too late for Eleanor Rigby who died in the church. Father McKenzie buried her along with her name. He walked away wiping the dirt from his hands. When he came back into the church, the silver hammer still laid on the ground. Father McKenzie accepted that he could never get the silver hammer out of his life. He picked up the hammer and left the church never to be seen by people again drifting endlessly as a Nowhere Man .

You know, I’ve always thought that Get Back could be turned into a movie. Something along the lines of:

Joseph “Jojo” Walker, a 19-year-old aspiring filmmaker from Tuscon, Arizona, was raised by a single mom who died of cancer two weeks before he was going to go off to film school in Los Angeles, California. He had a younger sister, Lucy, who had just turned 18 and had no plans for college or anything like that. Jojo didn’t particularly enjoy associating with other people, especially Lucy, but he had to do something with her. Jojo used what little money he had (some of which came from his late mother) to buy the cheapest apartment he could find near the school for himself and Lucy. Jojo and Lucy moved to L.A. Jojo did fairly well in school, and Lucy got a job that she hoped was only temporary as a drive-through worker at a nearby McDonald’s. When she wasn’t working, she was trying to get a music career going, but everything was so much more competitive than she had realized, which was also true for Jojo.

Meanwhile, Loretta Martin had just arrived at the same film school. She had friends, did well in her classes, everything was going fine. But she had a big secret: She had been born Lucas Martin, a boy, but she was transgender and planned to have a sex change soon. Meanwhile, she tried to hide that she was male, but people found out and treated her differently, and she lost most of her friends. She had gone to film school to get away from her parents back in North Carolina, who hated her for being transgender, but she couldn’t escape being treated differently. She didn’t know what to do, and things kept getting worse for her. She became depressed and tried her hardest to shut herself away from everyone else.

A year passed. Jojo was still nothing more than an average student, and he hadn’t really made any friends, not that he had any interest in doing so. Lucy had mostly given up on music, and she spent her free time going out with her friends and sometimes drinking. Loretta had gone through with her sex change, but things didn’t get much better for her socially, not to mention that she had developed feelings for a certain Joseph Walker in one of her classes.

I don’t know what happens after that. Something about Lucy writing some crazy story or something (about tangerine trees and cellophane flowers and rocking-horse people and marshmallow pies), and then Jojo takes it and uses it as a film project and people are like “What the heck?” but they also really like it, and he gets friends and things get better for him, and also he falls in love with Loretta, and they get together and people stop hating Loretta, and also Lucy becomes a writer and enrolls in the film school and also does soundtracks and everyone is happy because I’m too lazy to write an unhappy-but-also-good ending. Someone else can do that if they want.

a-hard-days-night-john-3Rollup, rollup for the Magical Mystery Tour! Step right this way!!!

I’ve finished my thrilling tale!

Warning: Open spoiler at your own risk. This tale is Long, Long, Long

Wonsaponatime no. 1, by Silly Girl

Maxwell’s Silver Hammer

Wonsaponatime, there was a little boy named Maxwell Edison who lived with his parents and sister, Margaret. Maxwell’s father was a carpenter, and Maxwell loved nothing more than to assist his father. Mr Edison, seeing the boy’s enthusiasm, gave Maxwell a beautiful, shiny little silver hammer, all his own, for his seventh birthday. Maxwell spent many happy, satisfying hours driving nails into soft yellow wood.
Then tragedy struck the Edisons. Mr Edison died suddenly in a car accident, and Ms Edison, Maxwell, and Margaret were left in dire financial straits. To pay bills, Ms Edison got a job at a local restaurant, but it was not enough.
Then Ms Edison met Dr Robert Reymann, who was professor of experimental sciences at the local university, when he came to the restaurant where she was working. They dated for some time, then married. Maxwell never liked the man, but he realised that if it weren’t for Dr Robert, the Edisons would be in a homeless shelter.
However, Maxwell couldn’t always conceal his dislike of his stepfather, and his stepfather couldn’t always conceal his dislike of Maxwell. And when he started taking Maxwell into his home laboratory, neither leaving for hours on end, it looked as though things would take a turn for the worse.
However, Dr Robert was disappointed. His experiments seemed to have no effect whatsoever. The project was abandoned, and life kept happening in the usual way, which is to say, while they were busy making other plans.
When Maxwell was eighteen, he went off to university. He decided to major in medicine and become a doctor. In his second year, he met Joan Ellis, a shy, studious girl who was studying ‘pataphysical art. They were going steady now, and everything seemed fine.
But lately, Maxwell had been subject to sudden, uncontrollable fits of temper which overrode his normally sound judgement and made him a perfect fiend. He had become fiercely jealous of anyone who so much as looked a certain way at Joan, and once told her threateningly that he would rather see her dead than to be with another man.
One evening, Maxwell called Joan to ask her on a date. “Can I take you out to the pictures?” As she was getting ready to go, she got a call from a cousin. When Maxwell arrived at her door, she was still on the phone.
Just then, Joan heard him coming up the stairs and hastily finished her phone call. But it was too late. Maxwell had heard the tail end of her conversation and jumped to the conclusion that Joan had been speaking with someone else. Unbeknownst to her, he still kept his little silver hammer on him, for luck. It was this that Maxwell, in a blind rage, brought down upon poor, faultless Joan’s head.
As she fell, she looked at Maxwell with an expression of shock and betrayal, one that would haunt him for the rest of his (sadly limited) sane days.
After that, it was as though a switch had been flipped in Maxwell’s mind. His thoughts were less and less his own; they seemed to have been taken over by a madness which was slowly and deliberately enveloping his mind, leaving no room for reason. Maxwell walked through the next day in a mental fog, perceiving everything through a haze of thoughts and feelings that were foreign to him. Dimly he noticed that the campus of the university was swarming with police and pressmen, investigating the murder of Joan Ellis.
During physics, Maxwell was unable to follow the professor’s questions, answering instead with words that were not his own. At one point he was aware of shocked stares, and the rational side of his mind told him that he had just said something amiss, but the thing that had taken over his mind was eminently satisfied. The professor ordered him to stay after the period was over. She told Maxwell to write, fifty times upon the blackboard, the words “I must not be so”.
As his hand moved over the smooth, chalk-dust-y surface, something rose up inside him. It was a red rage, telling him he must not give in, that he should exact his revenge upon the oppressors. Before he even knew what he was doing, his silver hammer came down on the professor’s head.
The act of swinging the hammer, bringing it down, feeling its impact, satisfied something deep down. It was so easy. It was easy to give in to this beast, so much easier than fighting it as he had been trying to do.
Then the police rushed in from outside, led by Cons. Patrick Cairns of the 31st division. Maxwell was soon apprehended, accused of the murder of Joan Ellis, his girlfriend, and Prudence Barrow, Phd., professor of physics.
Six months later, Maxwell stood alone in court. In the gallery was his family and a couple of students from his class: Rose Morris and Valerie Dogtooth, who were whispering to each other about how handsome Maxwell was as a figure of tragedy. It was, so far, one of Maxwell’s sane days, and he was painting pictures with his words: of his stepfather’s experiments, his struggles against madness, and his inexpressible grief at what he had committed against his fellow (wo)men. Rose and Valerie were so moved by this testimony that they forgot themselves and cried, “Please, say Maxwell must go free!”
Silence fell in the room. The judge sternly lowered his eyebrows and ordered silence in the court. But just as he was saying this, the beast rose up inside Maxwell once more. The hammer fell– the blow was struck– the judge collapsed in a heap of black robes and dusty powdered curls. Maxwell had given himself up.
Maxwell lived out the rest of his short, tragic life in a mental institution. His stepfather, Dr Robert Reymann, was found guilty of child abuse, administering illegal substances to a minor, and other unscrupulous practices. He was sentenced to 50 years in prison, but died before the full time was served.
As for Margaret Edison and her mother, they were very much appalled at and grieved by recent events, and chose to disappear from their former society. They changed their name to Davis, and went by Rita and Molly, respectively. Rita Davis, as she was now called, got a job as a traffic warden, and her mother found a position at a local kindergarten. And so, as life went on (rah!), they overcame their grief and managed to construct a new life.

Until the day Rita met a man named Lear…

End of Wonsaponatime no. 1

Wonsaponatime no. 2 is coming soon (as soon as I can think of what else to write)!

If anyone has ideas about how I can continue “Wonsaponatime”, please tell me! I’ve got a few thoughts, but I can always use more ideas.

I’m thinking something along the lines of “while Rita’s writing a ticket, the owner of the car comes up and tries to get her to go out with him and stuff happens”. I might weave in a few more song-stories along the way.ahdn_paul_06–>paul-mccartney–>a-hard-days-night-ringo-14–>ahdn_paul_01
