I believe its Apple as they have all the film and restored it for the Anthology.

No idea about a contact email address (someone here will know it if there is one) but found this online, hopefully its up to date

I'm trying to contact whomever owns the rights to the Beatles at Shea Stadium film. I'm a freelance writer doing a story that includes information about that concert. I found a great image of the band on stage that was taken from the film but want to secure permission to use it in my story. I contacted NEMS but received a reply saying it doesn't own the rights; I also tried NSU Records but haven't received a reply. This is my second Beatles story; the first is at www.fab4milwaukee.com. Thanks for any help.
