Well he was always thin (expect for that Help period), but yeah in last year he was a bit too thin, I think I heard that he was on some kind of diet back then... Like I've read on some comment, he was like a chameleon, in 4 days he would change 4 different styles and look unique.

That middle one - that's cropped from a Beatles promo shoot - it's definitely from the session for the US single of Hello, Goodbye, if not the same picture. Would John really have used that in a passport? Hmmm.
