I would imagine that thats Jane Asher on one of the occasions where Paul wasnt playing away from home. He did like to sow his oats.
what 'he did like to sow his oast' means.? It's kinda saying or I have to take it literally.? non-english-speaking-country. s.o.r.r.y (;

OfflineIt means Paul was not 100% faithful to Jane Asher, he is known to have cheated on her. Or, as Kedame put it, he was at it like a rabbit (that comment still makes me laugh).
'Oast' should have read 'oats' by the way, too busy watching the football.
(Went and googled the quote 'sow your wild oats' for its origins and right at the top of the first page i opened is a link to 'Paul McCartney interviews'.)

George and John on some kind of show???:Is there a video of this show?
It's the David Frost show in 1967, not long after the Beatles' first seminar with the Maharishi in Bangor. John and George went on there to engage in serious discussion about the benefits of Transcendental Meditation.

Yeah I think I saw a small segment of it in Living in material world documentary but I can't seem to find it on Youtube.

OfflineA copy of Avedon's The Sixties was on display at a local record store, so I asked to take a look. Holy crap, the prints of the solarized Beatle portraits are stunning. Really, I've never seen them look so good in any of the many reproductions out there. If you see this book, definitely browse through it. The quality of detail and color are breathtaking.
