January 17th, 1969 marks the 42nd anniversary of the release of the Yellow Submarine soundtrack. (I have included a cool looking picture below)

What did everyone think about the movie. I just recently watched it again and really enjoyed it. It had some quite high tech effects for 1968 when the movie itself was released.

It's my favorite Beatle movie. Very quotable. And George makes one of the best entrances in the whole movie history.

The movie is so trippy but I love it. It teaches a wonderful message of love and has a great soundtrack.

When I was a kid, I liked it. When I got a bit older, I didn't because I didn't like some of the animation and thought it was almost B-grade because the Beatles weren't actually voicing the Beatles.

But I watched it again recently, and yeah, it's still trippy, but I do like it. I have to say I don't think it anywhere near as good as AHDN, or even Help! but I like its sense of humor.
