I've heard nothing regarding this but think it unlikely (depending on where you are). I cannot see the Beatles episode being released as a stand-alone, which would mean a series reissue when, so far as I can see, it is still available. I only bought it myself late last year, ordering it via the local independent record shop I use, and looking at Amazon UK today, they have copies in stock.

I am unsure there has been a blu-ray issue yet however, and if you have seen something mentioning July, it could be that.

I've heard that the Tony Palmer Beatles episode from his 70's documentary series is getting a DVD reisuue in July this year. Any info on this anyone?

But that type of thing doesn't just happen in Canada. Because my hard-drive was becoming clogged I went out and bought an external hard-drive on Sunday. I bought it the UK. It was made for an American company in Thailand. On the front, sides and top of the box, English and French are used. On the back of the box, there is a very basic description (the English line is just "Add-on storage for your PC") in 14 languages.

The warranty details inside instead of being a piece of paper with English one-side and, maybe, French the other, is turned into ...

Yeah, I know that, but, frankly, I don't like the fact that everything is written in both English AND French on their artwork.

I'm proud to say my 4 kids have all been like this. Right now my 2 and 3 yr olds know the words to their favorite songs (which are Hey Jude, Hey Bulldog, Drive My Car, and I Want to Hold Your Hand) and my 6 and 8 yr olds are at the point now where they're getting interested in the background/bio of the Beatles.

Way to go, DrBeatle!! You are raising those kids right!! My 4 kids are similar. My older boys have Beatles posters adorning their walls and can play Beatle songs on ...

Haha, yes this is very cute...I had 3 separate friends of mine send it to me (they know me all too well).

Blu-Ray has better quality and the disk is stronger i.e less likely to scratch then a DVD. I think I don't actually have a Blu-ray player
