I have tried to watch this film around 4 times and failed, such a boring movie- I get around half an hour in and then gave up.
I’ve only watched a John-only highlights compilation on YouTube.

I’ve tried to watch How I Won The War on YT. I don’t have any problems with the accents, but the sound quality is so bad, much of the dialogue is completely inaudible. I found John’s quips to be funny; he’s basically just playing John. I couldn’t get through it, though. I got a few laughs out of it, but I did give up halfway through.
