I don't know of a copy in circulation. It's not mentioned in The Unreleased Beatles by Richie Unterberger, a book I recommend if you're interested in bootlegs.

Does anyone at all know of the existance of this footage or have this footage in their possession and is able to share it? I have been dying to see them "perform"  Eight Days a Week live.  This could be a great find!
