You can listen in this radio station some good 70s, 80s and 90s pop music. They have a segment called "From 10 to 10" when you can listen to 10 songs without ads, I like it a lot!  a-hard-days-night-john-6

And if you want another option, from 8am to 9am CDT you have the classical radio show "La Hora de los Beatles" with Manuel Guerrero, and from 1pm to 2pm CDT with Enrique Rojas. 

 

Manuel Guerrero knows a lot about the Beatles, he participated in a trivia TV show and the first prize was a trip to LA and a phone call with John Lennon in 1974. Too bad I work too early, the show is quite good. Again you can practice your Spanish.
