I'm not sure it'd have the photo you mean. It is an excellent book though (there's a review in the Books section).

It's published in 1967, has a white cover, is paperback, includes the name "Beatlemania". I haven't actually read the book so I don't know if it has the picture, but it's possible. I also tried to search some British library databases, but couldn't find anything that fitted the description. I'm pretty sure Joe knows something. Evidently myself and 2 Girlfriends who went to see the Philadelphia Show are photographed, just the 3 of us, crying and screaming with Mascara running down our faces! This was seen by one of my friend's Sister in the 70s. So it's possible the book is out of print!

 

If you are a Beatle Book Expert, I'm sure you know of one or two books that may have this photo.
