That's fab! Thanks for sharing. It's true they didn't do a lot in the first couple of months in 1966 - it was the first real break they'd had for a while. I've heard it said that the time was set aside to make a third film which never happened, but I don't think that's the case. Brian Epstein had some scripts in mind but nothing was seriously in the running to warrant time being set aside.

Incidentally, I used to have the menu on the site to choose a particular day in Beatles history, but had to take it off ...

I have to share this. I read a short story from this book called Revolver Smile. It's about a guy who was proud of being born in 1966 because it was the same year Revolver was released. But the guy was born on February 18th, and he said he wanted to know if los Beatles had done anything that day.

It looks pretty good! I wanna read it I have too many Beatles books in English. I haven't read a book in spanish in FOREVER, though...

Today was released in Mexico 22 Escarabajos : Antologia Hispanica del Cuento Beatle. (Escarabajo is Beetle). It's a collection of short stories inspired by the Beatles. The cover of the book is this one. (Very lovely I must say)

It looks interesting. I read in Revolution Peru's forum what the stories are about.
