First, I'm not necessarily a fan of "songs" per se – songs as in "a set of music plus lyrics intended to be sung". I like records! recordings! performances! And 25 is far too few for "all time" – I'm supposed to choose 0.625 songs for every year I've been an avid listener?! Most of which will change anyways! Yeah, right…but whatever. Let's just say these are 25 songs that I'd really, really love to hear right now or almost anytime. (And as usual in these non-Beatles-specific music lists, I'm excluding all Beatles and solo-Beatle music, to be fair.)
