It just goes to show that absolutely ANYTHING can happen. There are only two ways for us to get to the next round now.
1. Germany beats Ghana 2-0, we beat Serbia 3-0 (or some variation of that)
2. Ghana beats Germany by any score, we beat Serbia by any score
The second one looks more likely, and it doesn't look likely at all.
Actually, didn't Mexico beat France 2-0? All they need is a draw against Uruguay, and they're guaranteed a spot in the next round.
I think last time Australia played Mexico we won 3-1, ahaha.

I thought Spain were a little unconvincing tonight. They've both had a hiccup or two, but Germany's been guns blazing.
I feel dirty praising them. I'm supposed to hate ze German fussball bund.

Spain won?! I noticed everytime I would cheer for a team, they were eliminated by the next round (Italy, England, Argentina, Germany, Netherlands). Nice kick from Netherlands in the finals! The one to the guys chest!

But we showed Uruguay how Germans can handle a lost battle. Thomas Muller is just fantastic, and if the crooks disguised as referees hadn't stopped him from playing against Spain (like they did with Thorsten Frings in 2006!! I LOVED how in contrast they overlooked Villa's jab and let him play!!! Crooks!!) maybe we'd had a better chance.
But Forlan best player, come on , where's the point in that?! No Schweinsteiger in the top 3? Scandal. The next EURO will be ours.

Na, das macht die Sache einfacher für uns. Ich denke aber, dass Joe keine Diskussionen auf Deutsch hier möchte…
Es bestärkt mich aber in dem Gefühl, dass manche (negativen) Eindrücke, die ich von dir hatte, eventuell auf die (missverständliche) englische Ausdrucksweise zurückzuführen sind. Dies war auch bei EJL der Fall, mit dem ich mich auf Deutsch deutlich besser "verstanden" habe.
Trotzdem kannst du auch auf Deutsch gewisse Dinge eben nicht behaupten, ohne auf großes Unverständnis und Ablehnung zu stoßen, damit wirst du dich abfinden müssen.
Aber freuen wir uns dennoch gemeinsam darüber, dass unsere Fußballmannschaft uns ein so positives Image beschert hat.
I mean, those games against England (3:1, wow, no wait, wasn't it 4:1??:-) and Argentina were REALLY sweet, especially for Rooney and Maradona, I bet!
The English were fair losers, I give them that! And I would've loved MAnuel Neuer admitting the goal – and us winning 4:2 against the English football team, giving them a lesson in technique AND fair-play!
