What? 15 quid for a calendar you can't even use? ahdn_paul_02

George needs to haunt the person that made that.

That wax head of George doesn't look like George at all; looks like Seals and Croft or something...

Can't you just get it off Amazon?

Holy fudge, the George head is scary! Who would pay that much for that?!

Looks like 2 people have pulled each end to elongate the face.

Someone paid £140 for that George head and the condition is only "acceptable". Proof that if you shove the name "Beatles" on a product, no matter how shit, someone will buy it.

Imagine opening your birthday or Christmas present and finding that was the gift instead of the deluxe Tune-In or a cd box set!! And you have to act all grateful to the folks who bought you such a monstrosity.

If I got that as a gift I would put it back on ebay.

It's the only logical thing to do.

Also, holy crap do you have a lot of posts for only being here two months. I mean, look at me.

But I'm not sure I've seen a day since she joined us when she hasn't been here (apart from a holiday she interrupted a couple of times to check in). You predate me, and I'm approaching 1600. She is quick, but she gets involved in lots of quick conversations. When I logged in the other day, I noticed one thread she interacts with a lot, had 70+ posts in three days. Between 3 or 4 people! Nothing wrong with that. It's what a forum is about.

I'm not sure if you read any of my story of how I stumbled into the Beatles. Since May 26, 2013, I have not been able to contain my enthusiasm. Ebullient. Exuberant. Euphoric. Exultant. Ecstatic. The folks in here have all these wonderful conversations about my new passion. I just hope I have contributed some joy to their lives in return for the joy they have brought me.

At this rate, you'll beat Mr. Sun King in no time. :-D
