OnlineSun King, the Munich show was a strange one but enjoyable, tho needs to be seen to be trully appreciated. The performance of Nowhere Man is probably the best live verson of that song they gave yet I'm Down, a few songs later, is such a mess its one of my favourites they ever did in concert.

OfflineThanks Zig!!
I dont' mean to be rude but it amuses me a lot to see how the rest of the world celebrates a Mexican landmark… while in Mexico there's only a nice parade and renactment of the Battle in Puebla. That doesn't stop me of having some beers and nachos tonight.

Now this is just awesome. Please read it with a heavy English or American accent.

OfflineOh Joe I enjoyed the best Macca week of my life. On Tuesday the concert in Azteca Stadium, then on Thursday the free concert in Zocalo that I saw live on Internet. And now I'm watching it again.
BTW I didn't notice you had posted entries in the BB history with those concerts, I'll post my review later.
Meanmistermustard, I feel your pain. I got one of those but they broke 2 days after I got them.

OnlineAnyone else notice that the Hey Jude singalong section has become a kind of standard at football matches? It was played today at Hampden after Hearts won the Scottish Cup and was played throughout the Carling Cup down in England (at least when the tv cameras were there it was blasting out just before kick off).

OfflineJust a little story…..
My mother's father got married quite a few times while my mother was growing up, and he once had a wife with an apparently "hot" son that my mother took a fancy to(don't think it's weird that my mom had a crush on her brother; she knew her father and her brother's mother would get a divorce in the future). My mother also happened to own EVERY BEATLES RECORD and one day decided to lend her brother the collection. It just so happens, that over the time period in which he had the records in his possession, THEIR PARENTS GOT DIVORCED. So, my mother ended up knowing nothing of the location of her records and, today, can't remember the boy's name. She will probably never get her records back…

OfflineAnd (notwithstanding a couple of infrequent and long-ass commentaries) I'm back. I've been sporadic for a while, but I'm done rugby, so I should be able to post more. Anything I missed?

Offlinewb SunKing. Some interesint stuff like ranking albums, songs, Beatles. and RAM re-release
I've been busy lately so I just check the topics. I'm reading a lot of Vigotsky. I recommend you to check a concert that Paul gave at the Zocalo in Mexico City. It was awesome.

OfflineThanks Mith. I think I was a tad premature on my return, though. Exams and end of school year mean I might not be around much. As much as I love the BB, I'm not going to fail just to post here.
Edit: Anyone seen Zig? I mean, enough though I haven't been the most attentive, I haven't seen him. Am I crazy, or what?

Hi Sun king!
mith is right – I have a lot more responsibility at work now which means not as much lag time. Great for my career, but not very conducive to posting as much as I would like in here.
Thanks for missing me…and yes, you are crazy.![]()
By the way, Brett Lawrie seems to be playing very well – I had no idea he was Canadian.
To the fountain of perpetual mirth, Let it roll for all its worth.
