Well, our band, The Blackbirds, is made up of Jo (JoB), Zac (Johnandonandonandon), Cat, Adriana and I. We played at a school concert tonight, and we played three songs. Imagine, Blood Bank by Bon Iver, and the Pokemon theme song (ohhhh yeahhh).

JoB has a video which she'll post when she can, but for now, pictures shall do!

Here are some pictures from the concert… Also, I'd like to note that we all completely swapped instruments for Imagine. I went from drums to piano, Zac went from guitar to bass (cos there's no guitar) and Cat went from bass to drums. Also, Jo did nothing. Sorry, Jo… Bahahaha

Also, I should mention that Zac (the kid playing bass in Imagine and guitar in Blood Bank and Pokemon) had a completely stuffed up finger, so that's why he made a few mistakes. S'all good though.

Ok Maybe I'm getting too old or I'm getting into December 8th mood… but… I couldn't help to get teary when I saw Imagine video because I saw Job's avatar and then I saw you guys that were not even born when that song was written… I dunno. I get emotional when I hear someone that young singing Imagine with a lot of feeling.

And it was very good. It was done with the right emotion, and I like the way Adriana sang it. I didn't notice any errors. Well done!!!! a-hard-days-night-john-1 apple01 apple01

I think that's our best song (out of only three that we know), and Adriana's an amazing singer.
